Spaghetti Red Pepper & Sun-dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 oz. jovial Gluten Free Brown Rice Spaghetti
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- 18oz. jovial Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp. jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 oz. feta cheese
- ½ tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Instructions
- In food processor, pulse 2 tbsp. oil, onion, garlic, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and whole peeled tomatoes until smooth.
- Cook in large skillet with olive oil and salt to taste for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut feta into cubes & season with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, oregano & chili.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix pasta well with sauce and garnish with feta.
