How to Make Kidney Bean Burgers
This meat-reduced recipe is incredibly easy to make. First, drain and rinse the kidney beans. Next, chop the kidney beans coarsely with a knife to resemble the same texture as ground meat. Then, mix the beans and some garlic powder into your ground meat. Form four patties and cook as you would any ordinary burger!
Hello. I am intrigued by lthis idea, however I am a vegan so I wondered that if I made the burgers using just the beans would I have to add some flour perhapes, to help bind it together? What are your thoughts?
