Grain Free Cassava Spaghetti Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 ounce box jovial Grain Free Cassava Spaghetti
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes
- 2 cups chopped arugula
- ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Peel the garlic and slice very thin.
- In a heavy pan, heat the olive oil on low and add the garlic. Saute gently so it softens but does not brown.
- Add the red chili flakes and the juice from the ½ lemon.
- Season with some black pepper and about kosher salt to taste.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
- Add the chopped arugula to the garlic olive oil mixture and pour the sauce over the spaghetti.
- Serve immediately with some grated Parmesan cheese.
● Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil
● Add 1 tablespoon of salt, or as desired
● Cook pasta on high heat, stirring frequently
● Test for doneness, drain, and enjoy!
