Gluten Free Orzo Fried “Rice”
Recipes
When first launching our grain free orzo cassava pasta, we were so curious how a grain free orzo would hold up in rice-based recipes. After our first trial, with its firm, hearty bite, the results did not disappoint! Salty from a touch of gluten-free soy sauce...

Very disappointing. Next time I'll just use rice.
My recipe called for 3 cups of veg broth, I didn't follow the directions on the box for cooking the orzo. Maybe that was the problem?
